Sex Change
More than you might know, the term Sex Change covers. It encompasses several sexual orientations and phrases that may fall beyond the assumption that all persons can be identified as one of only two groups male or female (gender binary). Transgender is an overarching word used to describe the gender identity continuum and diversity in gender speech. The internal sense of being male, female, neither, or both, is gender identity. Gender affirmation includes the expression of an individual's gender identity across social roles, presence, and attitudes, often an extension of gender identity.
